How do we do it?

AN AMAZING GROUP OF OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUALS!!

Once engineering and permits are completed.

  1. Utilities are disconnected

  2. Excavation beneath the existing structure is completed where possible

  3. Cribbing towers and beams are placed

  4. Lifting of the house off of the foundation

  5. More excavation and demo of the existing foundation

  6. Forming and pouring of the new foundation

  7. Backfill of the foundation

  8. Set house down on New foundation!!

Timeline?

Full foundation replacements usually take 4 weeks. It could be done quicker but we like to give the concrete ample cure time!
